You will have an individualized training plan based on your goals and what you have access to for equipment. Every single movement or mobility drill prescribed has a detailed video of me breaking down exactly how to perform the movement and common pitfalls so you learn the lifelong skill of moving well.

We will work together to build a nutritional set up that makes it impossible to fail. For some clients, this is simply educating them on the important parts to find success. For others, it is creating calorie and macronutrient goals with weekly check ins for monitoring progress and providing tons of accountability along the way.

Teaching and education is very important in any wellness journey - with 24/7 access to asking questions, sending videos for technique reviews and troubleshooting real life struggles, you will be left feeling supported and successful.

Training: Having a coach is the best of all worlds - you get unwavering accountability, support and motivation designed specifically for you based on your individual needs. Gone are the days of things being just good enough, or worse, ‘just not too bad’ and welcome to things built exactly for you. Recovering from an injury? Crazy work schedule? Limited access to equipment? Awesome, all of these are baked into the equation of finding the perfect setup for you as an individual.

Nutrition: You are an individual with a unique history, unique lifestyle and goals specific only to you. With nutrition, the principles are few, but the ways you can do those work for you are plenty. Just like training, we will work together to ensure you will be successful in accomplishing your goals within your current lifestyle.

Unlike just training for an hour in the gym with a trainer, you will have an ever evolving approach that meets you where you’re at. Traveling? Training will be modified based on what you have for equipment and time. On a work deadline and training can’t happen? Life happens, we will give you breath work routines and practices to help stay fresh when life stress ramps up.  It’s all real time, based on you and what’s going on in your life.
